1. About Us

We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK pharmacy law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual if it is deemed clinically inappropriate, unsafe, or if we believe information provided has been falsified. Providing false or misleading medical information is a serious matter and may have legal consequences.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Process

All prescription medications dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by a GPhC-registered prescriber or a suitably qualified independent prescriber. Our clinical team will review your consultation before any prescription is authorised.

We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation. Our clinical team makes all prescribing decisions solely in the interest of your health and safety. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our prescribers.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your medical history, current medications, or health status prior to each order. Failure to do so may affect your safety.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice.

A charge will only be taken once your order has been submitted. If a prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.

5. Delivery

Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out by a tracked postal or courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or circumstances outside our control.

All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery location is provided at checkout.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before a prescription has been approved and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone.

Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription-only medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
